Returns and complaints

Returns and complaints conditions at Grendure:

The customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to return the product. After 14 days, the right to return expires. The customer is responsible for the proper return of the goods to Grendure; the return/complaint will be processed once Grendure receives the returned products. The customer must cover the entire return shipping cost. Products must be returned in the exact same condition in which the customer received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
In particular, the Customer is asked to use a method of packaging for returned items that will protect the shipment in a manner appropriate to its type – for example, against damage during transport. A receipt or proof of purchase and a printed returns form are also required.
If the parcel is not collected from the courier or from the InPost machine and the parcel is returned to Grendure, the customer may request a refund for the order, less the costs of delivery to the customer and from the customer to Grendure, or may pay for a re-shipment.
InPost: The customer will receive a refund for the order, minus the cost of shipping to the customer and from the customer to Grendure, for a total of PLN 28 less than the order value. For DPD, this is a total of PLN 160 less. For DHL, this is a total of PLN 344 less.
If a customer fails to collect the parcel on time and it is returned to Grendure, the customer will receive an email informing them within two weeks of Grendure receiving the parcel.

Damaged products

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact Grendure if the product is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, so we can assess the situation and determine the issue. Please contact us immediately within 14 days of receiving the damaged product so we can address the issue.

Personalized/customized products

We would like to inform you that products personalized or modified at the customer's request, in accordance with Polish law, are not subject to return or exchange.

Return

Grendure will notify the customer upon receipt and review of the return, and advise whether the refund/exchange has been approved. If the refund is approved, the customer will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Grendure may withhold reimbursement until the product has been received.
