Promotion Terms and Conditions

Products purchased at promotional prices, on sale or using promotional codes can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and must ensure that the product actually arrives. Grendure does not cover return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition they were received. They must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Products marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
