Delivery

Order fulfillment takes on average 3-5 business days plus 3-7 business days for delivery.
We offer shipping via InPost courier (free within Poland from PLN 100), DPD and FedEx.
Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight and value of the package.
Packages are shipped within 3-5 business days of placing the order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Grendure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received your package, you should file a complaint with the courier.
If the parcel is not collected from the courier or from the InPost machine, and the parcel is returned to Grendure, the customer will receive a refund less shipping costs.
InPost: The customer will receive a refund for the order, minus the cost of shipping to the customer and from the customer to Grendure, for a total of PLN 31.10 less than the order value. For DPD, this is a total of PLN 160 less. For FedEx, this is a total of PLN 344 less.
